id say arachna counters all, even pestilence and predator. Pestilence can use his speed and get kited by arachnas autocast. Pred can still be ultid by arachna in his "immune" mode.
Dont say anything bout arachna being the same as viper, viper didnt have fulll range like arachna does, thats a big reason why shes crazy.
hammerstorm > arachna.
