I set all of the options the way I wanted but in-game they do nothing..

First of all thank you for this most needed awesome mod.

But since one of the last patches the mod always causes a problem, when I try to apply my mods. So I cant use it any more. Is this a general problem and will it be fixed anytime or are there any known solutions yet?
