Puppet Master's Ultimate

Brief Description:
When casting Puppet Master's ultimate on an opponent hero, and then casting Puppet Show on an opponent hero (same hero in bug instance provided, but probably occurs when using it on an opponent allied hero as well), if the Puppet Show'd hero kills the puppet, causing the target to die, then the player is "denied" rather than "killed" by Puppet Master.

Bug Reproduction Steps:
1. Link a puppet to an opponent hero who is almost dead.
2. Cast Puppet Show on the opponent hero so that they are forced to attack the puppet.
3. When the puppet dies, killing the hero, the hero is instead denied.
