Ranged agi - when to go frostburn vs. geos first

So say you're playing an agi carry/semi-carry of sorts like MQ, Valk, FA.

When do you get geos first and when when do you get frostburn then split to geos -> frostwulf?

It seems the frostburn 3% slow per hit isn't a lot of use generally. That's about -10 MS per hit?

In terms of cost/stats, geos is 700 gold more.
    - 6 str
    + 10 agi
(Seems to be way better "effect" of 2 illusions giving 66% more damage vs. the 3% slow).

So yea, why one or the other first?

Frostburn is easier to build up since it has cheaper components, i usually go geos first if i saved up for ulti orb

    Bad farm: frostburn first.
    Good farm: straight geo.

I think that because these heroes have low str gain and a low health pool, you should get the frostburn 1st then split it up. The extra health is awesome imo on those heroes considering they have low HP at the start. But I've played games where i rushed geo's and done better than once thought. But the slow also helps team mates.
