Yes
No, and I'll explain why.
Hey guys.
what do u think makes more sense for MM as core item?
Null Stone or
Runed Axe?
i think Runed Axe is just for farm but in late its useless imo.
i got around 250-275 gpm in 1700 mmr games and i wont waste g for crap items
so i think Null Stone would be the better decision.
what u thinking about?
(sry for my real bad english skills... its around 35/375)

I haven't played MM in a few months hahah.Add some proper replays?
Out of the three core items (Null/Runed/Hellflower), picking one is very dependant on the situation.Hey guys.

-If the enemy team has lots of single target disables/superior magic spells like Succubus, get a nullstone.
-If you have another carry on your team, or will be ganking a lot and need mana, or if you're versing a hero such as Magebane, get a Hellflower.
-If you're not getting pressured hard and can farm and push freely, get a runed.
They all give similar mana regen so any of them will solve your mana issues.
I'll also be editing the original thread because it's really out of date.

I am an angry nerd who makes angry music in my bedroom. I also like doing flips.
u dont really need runed axe as mm due to his 2 aoe dmg skills and his berserk +crit against ancients.
a nullstone is just very important against many lineups(e.g. pestilence, morph from ws,polly or kuldras, etc.)
a nullstone + invisibility every 7 secs will greatly increase ur survivability.
and imo always max barrel roll before stalk. the dmg output of barrel roll is soooo much higher and often 1 stalk is enough to avoid being killed.
just a few things:
-Would recommend adding [goto] and [anchor] tags to make your table of contents links to skip to different sections of the guide
- don't use the screenshots of in-game ability descriptions, type them out instead (more of a personal preference thing but I notice a lot of the premium guides have the typed out descriptions)
- try to make all the item pictures the same size, it's easier to look at imo (again personal preference type thing but makes it look a little more consistent and clean)
- take your signature out of the posts, makes for more smooth transitions from post to post instead of having your signature pop up periodically (more of an aesthetic change)
Overall a nice guide! Mostly just aesthetic things for me
