Main Hero "Permanent Highlight" mod?

I was looking for an specific mod. I saw a video of someone who's hero was green all the time, therefore in the middle on an encounter with the enemy team he could differentiate with less trouble his Hero from the rest.

The effect on his hero was like a "Permanent Highlight".

I looked over the lsit of mods and couldn't find anything related to that, can anyone please help me on this? Thanks in advance.

You can click the colored button in the top-left of your minimap to make the glow beneath heroes green/red, for Legion and Hellbourne respectively.
He may have just had his hero permanently selected too, so he stayed green.
Could you link this video?

Otherwise, I don't know what it could be.

Montis' Color Mod has an option to make your hero always a specific color. However, what I'm seeing in that video is just what WolfieeifloW said
