Idea taken from the crazy rants of the "Greatest Freak Out Ever" series of freak outs, the first of which has over 45 million hits on youtube.

These are just 2 of the 13 or so video's, all containing perfect quotes for an announcer pack.

I don't think there are copyright issues either.

Definitely in favor of this. Its hilarious too, because 90% of the time he'd be saying what the other team's player that just got rocked is thinking. Some guy just got ganked for the 8th time in a row? I could see him freaking out at his comp.
