I love Puppet Master. The one problem I DO have with him though is his ultimate, and the lackluster visual effects from it. Two wimpy strings fly from the Puppet to the targetted hero, and hay flies out a little every shot. To me, that signifies damage to the Puppet, but not the hero.
To go more along with Puppet Master's "Green" skill theme (hand, the whiplash), I suggest that a green electric pulse that travels from the Puppet to the Hero after every damage is inflicted, and then splashes whips (not a change in ultimate, purely visual) around the hero after every hit.
((Boy, that last sentence was not grammatically correct.)) Ask if you need more clarification.

This is an attempt to include his Splash on each ZAP from the puppet. ((This splash would be ONLY visual. I am not asking to buff his ulti to splash to units around him.))

supported, I know PM does auto atk the puppet, but sometimes I need to make a move and start attacking back. I never know if the attacks are hitting the puppet when the player is out of my "screen sight". Your green buzz could make things easier to notice
