I feel that people who hangout at 4-chan usually get grouped with the underage /b/ faggots and its some weird insult on these forums, did anyone of the people who make this insult actually visit someplace else than /b/? It's like grouping every honplayer with 1300 psr codex scout players :/

4chan Ill agree has it's moments. Otherwise though 95% of the people there are b-tards with all the anonymous ****....which quite frankly is retarded. I prolly started going there when Im bored about 6-7 years ago. I mean....some of the old stuff was funny, but I mean it's mostly just a time killer.

However some of the side boards aren't bad. /o/ (auto) has some good chats, and /g/ has occasionally a good thread. I used to Go to /tv/ for show/movie recommendations and they'll occasionally discuss a current tv show. But lately it's been pretty crappy, /v/ is about the same.


I just hate how it is now, everyone spouting off random 4chan **** that first of all isn't even funny...and second of all.....is retarded in the first place....because people act like it's a "secret club" (ya right..) and then go and spout random meme's everywhere.....Doesn't that kinda defeat the purpose. However the normal people that go there and actually post aren't bad, it's just all the kids that go there that try to act like "b-tards" that really just makes it gay.

I used to /b/ alot but... meh.
Its so rare to find a gem in there that its not worth it.

now I ocasionally visit /wg/, /w/, /a/, and rarely /v/

I visit /tv/ about once a week, and /b/ about once a month (or less). I've at least made an effort to visit each board at least once though, in the interest of seeing the difference in the sub-communities.

There's only one board that I'm consistently impressed by in terms of community strength and level of maturity... and you'd never guess which one it is.

I've been on 4chan for over 4 years, and way back in the day when I was the pinnacle of newfaggery, people were saying it was dead and cancerous and all of that jazz. I only recently consider it dead. 4chan is so brutally mainstream it's ridiculous, every second person on Facebook knows about it. Back in the day, it really was like that secret club, anyone could get in if they could find it (and it was easy to find if you dug the culture).

4chan is dead to me now. RIP. The abolishment of rules 1 and 2 were what killed 4chan, no matter what anyone says, that's the truth. Goodnight, sweet prince.
