After the last patch zephyr gets 30 health when his cyclones reach their end of lifetime at 50 seconds. So you don't have to heal yourself manually.
But if you reach your maximum of cyclones (8 for example) and get another cyclone through killing a unit or casting your ultimate you still get only 15 health for this expiring cyclones.
Is this intended or did S2 forget to fix this? Because you cant find any descriptions of this in the tool tips.

I was going to ask this. I'm not sure if it's intended but definitely noted that doing it manually is helpful.

The pseudo-heal on killing when you have maxactive cyclones is stupid IMO, so I'm not changing anything in regards to that.
If it was up to me it'd be removed.
