    Instant unpause

    In the game 108071207, we used our last pause at 31:10, it got accepted, paused the game then after about 5 seconds a player Thunderdam unpaused. ur player was afk for an other couple of minutes, but it doenst really matter.
    I don't know if it was a bug, an exploit or some other kind of trickery, or I dont know about some game mechanics

    Is there any consequences to exploiting this bug?
    Can it be proven who did what in the replay?
    It's a strange bug.

    Currently it is thought to be a same-frame occurrence, rather than something these people do intentionally.

    Match ID: 08364729 replay timer 2:30 ish

    I needed some early pauses and enemy witch slayer unpaused the second one after 5 seconds... Screwed my early solo suicide lane pretty bad. Witch Slayer claimed to have unpaused it to test out a 'trick' but could just be trolling.

    Is abusing the unpause a bannable offense?

    Another case of someone unpausing way earlier than they should have been able to. Pause lasts about 2 seconds.

    Hellbourne pauses, Blue unpauses about 2 seconds later.

    No idea how to reproduce it.

    I was the one in the game Picards is mentioning in the post above me, S2 can u atlest ban those who do this glitch/hack? or just give the players affected their 10 mmr back? (10 for me) if u did this, it would be the best thing in the honiversary so far imho u have done like 0 good things for the players..

    Another one.

    Legion Pauses, Light Blue unpauses about 7 seconds into the pause.

    Match 116757677

    Replay Time: 6:29


    Interesting thing, if you view the replay from someone's point of view, you can see when they're allowed to unpause or not.

    In this case all of Hellbourne were allowed to unpause before the pause timer had even finished counting down.


    Edit: Same thing happened in 116764032. It does not appear to be a same frame issue, but something where the pause is not properly designated to belong to either team.

    I'm not sure if thats relevant (or if I correctly disassembled replay files)
    but when messing with replays I noticed that
    m_uiPauseTime
    property of
    GameInfo
    entity never seems to reset to zero. It just stops incrementing when game is unpaused and continues to increment once game is paused again
