I was told by someone that this supposedly is possible with spamming unpause commands while the pause countdown timer (the 5-4-3-2-1-pause) runs down.
However, I just ran a test no-statgame, bound M to 'unpause' and mashed it before my testing-partner called the pause (and while it was pausing) and it didn't work. I'm to lazy to write a script that does it more reliably (especially because I highly doubt this method works at all) so if this should be actually the way and it has to happen several times in a certain frame or something you might wanna test it with a script.
I doubt it as the timeframe where the unpause happens in all the cases here is somewhat random between 0 and 15 seconds.
One of our players dropped and therefore we paused the game; Brown from the enemy team provocatively told us "Go pause" at that time. At the same time, our pause began, brown (enemy) instantly managed to unpause the game. Bug? Explot? Hack?
Heres a though u might want to look into:
Now obviosuly you use a variable to store the 30 second countdown for the unpause, however in the frame at the start of the pause, there will be a point where the pause has started but the variable is still 0 (before being set too 30 or however you do it)
now, if you hit unpause at this point (on the frame that the pause starts but the variable isn't set) the game might consider the pause over and let you unpause.
To be honest I experienced this bug myself, however I was the one being able to unpause. I did not use any exploit or mods, but for some reason I was able to unpause like it was normal, the option wasn't greyed out - maybe add an extra check to the button or w/e. I can't give you match ID because I play very many games on different accounts so I can't remember on which one it was and when.

mr_kevin (pharaoh) unpauses a few seconds after the enemy pauses (in the last 7 or so minutes of the game) and when asked about it all he replies is "hax". Unless he did it unknowingly, we can probably conclude that this IS a reproduceable bug.

Please review match ID 88520349 on 5/2/2012, 4:33:59 am. Player "Fleshrocket" on Legion side was able to unpaused Hellbourne's pause well before the 1 minute time limit (within seconds after passing pause vote). As a result our hard carry pred, did not make it back in time for for the team fight which resulted in rax and eventual lose. We request that the PSR (KDR may stay as it is) be rolled back for every player on hellbourne for this particular game.
