We had someone on our team ragequit after someone picked a carry, he disconnected and got terminated ffter 30 seconds, I think he instantly joined another game. Is this ment to happen? did he get a leaver %?
If he joined another game then he got a leaver that is normal.

If he joined another game it's normal, the idea behind that is that if the account joined another game it pretty much means they don't intended on returning to the game.
If they didn't join another game then there is a thread in the Indeterminate section about it.
