Hipster Ariel - Illustrator - Vector

Anyone who is capable of re-creating the lines in this drawing, but in a vector
based format, so that I can scale it anyhow I want, etc.?

I need it for a poster, and I already tried to do it myself, but with no success.
I make her hands look all twitchy, and not have those subtle curves.


Help on how to do it myself, would be even more appreciated, as I'd rather
learn it, so that I can do it on similar drawings too!
