    Need help with fixing up my latest creation, Noxious.

    My foremost concern is whether or not the second skill, Dodgeball, should be north, west, east and south or north-east, north-west, south-east and south-west.

    Furthermore, I am also sketchy as to how my third skill should function, if it is imbalanced in it's current state or if it is decent.

    Further balancing issues and / or noted concept issues are warmly welcomed and if you feel like it you can give me some awesome backstory or voice-set quotes

    As for the directions, I've taken your advice into account and I'm probably gonna change the directions to what you stated if no one gives good reasons not to.

    Why not just make the dodgeball skill a small dash in what ever direction the hero is facing? The hero could just face a different direction if he wanted to go another direction. It seems so much more simpler and requires much less coding/buttons to pull off. Your call though.

    Second of all I would simply make Rancid deal around 15 magic damage a second instead of 2.5 magic damage every .15 seconds. It's much more in the line with other spells this way.

    Thirdly the ultimate is just a much, much weaker version of Night Hound's Smoke Bomb, with a longer cooldown, a much larger mana cost and I believe a smaller duration, range and radius . I think this skill should be redesigned to differentiate itself from Smoke Bomb, and become worth an ultimate skill slot.

    Yeah, I thought about making Dodgeball a front-faced dodge skill, and it would have somewhat the same function. But my problem with that would be that it makes the skill less unique and reduced in utility. With four directions to go, you can dodge around units easily, you can dodge in and out of combat very fast and you can manevour your hero with lightning speed, which is kind of the point with this hero. Could maybe just make it [W] frontward and [E] backward though.

    As for Rancid, you are completely correct. I'll fix that.

    The similarity to smoke bomb is apt, and you make a very good point. I'm going to have to remake that ultimate.

    Forward and backward would actually be pretty cool as long as they shared charges. I like that better actually.

    As for the ultimate, how about a spell that increases Noxious attack speed by an extreme amount and at the same time makes him invunerable to disables for a very brief duration?

    Or perhaps something that makes him more of a semi-carry? Any ideas?

    Maybe something like Slark's (From DotA) ultimate but in one place and dealing damage every second?

    What about a skill where he leaps in for a murderous stab, dealing initial damage and applying the same poison is his other skill, but then he throws a smoke ball down instantly covering him and teleportong him back to his original leap position. Like a hit and run. Maybe add a slow too?

    I was thinking, since he already has some resemblance to Troll Warlord, why not give him and ulti where he tosses down a bottle, spreading a liquid onto his teammates and himself, increasing their attack speed?

    Both of your ideas are great btw, but Slarks ulti would be very much like my other hero Anomaly's ultimate and with the murderous leap he might have too much manouvering-power? Maybe not, either way it's an awesome skill idea.

    Or maybe even when e throws the smoke down then he could use his roll ability to maneuver in the fight. That means he cant abuse the teleport back, as he still has to be decently close to the fight after the hit.

    Redone his ultimate now. A bit similair to what you suggested MimicU, but also inspired by a few friends suggestions and a bit of my own making. As of right now, I dont know if the ultimate is easy to understand or needs to be explained more thoroughly.
