    Prevent Server Hogging

    Due to the small number of Australian servers, it's very difficult to host your own games, as people grab servers within seconds of them becoming available. Some people, probably using scripts, take servers as soon as they're available, then kick everyone who joins and set the game to private until they're ready to play. In the meantime, nobody can use the server. To prevent this, games which have only one player in them and have had nobody join or leave them for 5 minutes should be automatically disbanded.

    I think, that's already solved. If it gg and concede and all leave except of one player, then the winning-team's creeps get ultra-creeps instantly and the enemy-base doesn't produze any creeps from the concede on (if i imagine right). So the game will end about 1 minute maximum time after the cc.
    So the server won't be blocked after this time and i think you can live with 1 minute server-blocked at maximum?

    No he means You make a game then put it under privet without starting the game. Then who every is hosting on that server will go AFK and when he is ready he will start the game keeping the AUS server

    ah k, got it now. But the problem is, that even with this 5-minutes-timeout, there would only be an new script, that makes the game public and then just lets everyone connect, but kicks everyone after 10 secs or so. Or you just wait for your friends to get ready and then kick every 9 public-player, so they can join.
    I think you can't prevent this.
    But i think, the more popular the game gets, the more servers will be placed and the less this problem is to deal with

    I think you can't prevent this.
    But i think, the more popular the game gets, the more servers will be placed and the less this problem is to deal with

    No, they won't get reported. Just because there is no rule at S2/HoN, that says "you aren't allowed to kick player". So nobody can say FOR SURE, that somebody acts against the rules.
