I had this happen tonight, the game lagged bad and put me back in the chat room i was in. The dialog "No Response From Server." popped up and i closed all the chats as there was no reconnect option i closed HoN and restarted it. After relogging in there was no option to reconnect and i checked my stats, 0 leave percentage. After waiting in Q for 20 minutes off and on i checked it and i still had no leave percentage. Finally i got a game after it finished I now have a .2 leave percentage. As this is my only DC it should be easy for you to get the info you need to avoid this in the future.
So whats the problem than ? :S
I realy dont know what to say i gotta play 30 more games untill i can play mm ....

During Game: 30873080. Everyone was dropped except for Magmus. No one could reconnect. As it said your account could not be authorized. I expect this game to be removed from my stats!
I've been playing hon for a year and a half on the very same internet/computer without a problem, and since one of the recent patches myself and many others are finding ourselves losing control of our characters for 10-20 seconds when the DC symbol appears. The number of games I've lost simply because this happens to me or someone else at the most critical moment in a game, is getting ridiculous. I almost always play on USW servers.
i jsut got the exact same thing i got stuck in the stats screen trying to load my internet is perfectly fine so i tried to relog and reconnect and nothing it says cany verify account i dont want a leaver either
I got this bug too in my account, happened twice. Here's how:
-1st the other team conceded, victory was ours. I was the one to leave the game 1st in my team.
-Then i choose "Follow" command on my friend in case he is creating another game and only to find out he was still on my recent game and i got reconnected back.
-After i went in game, there was no disconnect button used to be in top-middle screen. I type F10 > Disconnect and got a warning that i will get my leave % rise up but wouldn't be counted as leaver.
-Still i receive 1 leave on my stat
-This shouldn't be happening since the winner was already announced
I want this to be fixed since it gave me bad records. Add disconnect button even when reconnecting a victory/defeat match.

There were disconnects on both sides of the team. Unfortunately on our side we had alot of trouble getting connected. The sad part is the opponent team didn't want to wait and pushed the whole game to their side (We where winning the game).
Can this matchID be errased from the history? The fault wasn't on the customers side so it would be a fair deal of you S2 to come towards us.
I tried it atleast 5 times. It also included restarting hon.
To be more specific:
- First 2 or 3 times I could connect but it timed out saying it couldn't connect to the game. after these tries I couldnt connect at all all of a sudden (not seening "connect" when I log in).
-after the first couple of tries I could connect to the game + loading screen, it loaded but I got kicked out again after fully loading. Finally I could enter and the game was suddenly pushed to our mainbase.
And yes some people could get back in early but that was mainly the opposite team. Somehow our team was unlucky.
Note: I NEVER EVER have connection problems with any game whatsoever, it is very unlikely the problem is on my side.
As of the current time ( see post time ) I just entered a game where about 2 mins in i started lagging (devourer mid). This continued and a few others had minor issues till I had one massive spike with the disconnect symbol and I timed out.
Next game I join after looking over any network use on my router my friend who just came home had the exact same problem, disconnected himself then reconnected and was lag free for a short time.
Then I received the lag - completely removed from the game as a valk. We lost both ... -14mmr I think? Either way, this connection issue was server, not client.
I don't care about mmr enough to ask for the stats be removed, but an inquest would be nice.
almost every game i get the dc symbol on the side and my hero runs back even though i see everything in the game in real time and hear people talking...
