Pharaoh-staff of the master boost like DotA's clockwerk?

As some of you DotA players know,Clockwerk goblin which is Pharaoh in HoN,has scepter working since 6.60,and since you added the new staff of the master along with some improvements to most heroes who have their ulti boost like DotA,as mentioned in the changelog - * Added Clockwerk Goblin (Pharaoh) to Aghanim's Scepter. (Staff of the master) Allows latching onto allies and reduces cooldown from 80/60/40 to 20 seconds.

So,I think S2 should make pharaoh's ulti boost-able by the staff,and i'd be thankful if they do.

Does Andro get the boost aswell? being a VS port and all (haven't bothered to check)

No,I think VS doesn't get boosted as well.

EDIT:
VS Does get her ulti boosted by the staff,so pharaoh is the only dota port that doesn't have his ulti boosted by staff so far.
