ok a thread about how to learn to communicate in the world of HON.

Its a nice try and gives some hints and tips, but in a few days alot of ppl who even read this will be back to their ordinary habits.... FLAME WARS, OMG MAP HAX, KILLSTEALS, 15 concede attempts and 10 remake attempts etc

u don't realize how arrogant some people are in this game.

like even if u somehow forced them to read this 5 times before each game, they would just continue with their retarded picks, gameplay and bad manners.

some people in this world just want to watch the world burn, and its them tbh.

This. In few games and mostly on the enemie side, some ppl are so arrogant that i really would like to ***** slap them hard in Real life. Sometimes its so annoying that 14 year old virgin boys think they are a pimp or something and own the world, but actually they have a big mouth full of NOTHING

Arrogance is a good quality to have in the right amounts; it brings conviction in your decision making, something leaders need to have. The problem this game has is the lack of leaders in pubs - people who take charge and responsibility and at the end of a victory congratulate his team, but at the end of a defeat apologise for letting them down.

Without a direction, teammates do what they think is right, which is usually driven by selfish motives. A willing team with a good leader is very hard to beat.

yes yes and yes. People forget that sometimes the "noob" who picks a dumb hero for your comp, or doesn't do something right is really a NOOB. someone new to the game, and that needs help or direction. Yes there is a ton of people who think that their way is the right way and only way, but there is also tons of people who probably don't know any better.
