It is illegal and impossible to know enemy cooldowns, hp and mana. This was disable because it was deemed unfair. !Bang has a mod if you click on the player it will show his hp on his nameplate. Heropanels has a button where if you click on it, a cool down will start which is useful for timing ults.

to allies is not cheat... to enemies cooldown is a hack for sure

Right, I think you may want Bang! Nameplate Cooldowns then.

You can't have actual raw numbers above health and mana on a nameplate above enemy heroes. It was in beta, and was found to be a little extreme, takes out that one extra click you have to do to check the target's health.

It gives you that small advantage over the other player, which isn't considered fair. How is that hard to see?
