Play CD and level his conduit thingy. Raped a BH mid and went 10-0 that game.
Seemed to work really well seeing as he stayed so close to me the entire time.
I think armadon would work too
but Bloodhunter was buffed in the realignment patch, this cant be possible

Just grab a TP when he turns five, bait the ult, and then port out. Keep wards up so he can't gank sidelanes, and port in and countergank when he tries.
If that's the counter to blood hunter, and it can be obtained on any hero......
On Topic: CD does very well against BH. Or if you are an experienced keeper mid, you can easily out last hit him. (I've also done it easily with maliken, but that was situational putting me mid due to lane composition)

Slither mid counters every melee hero mid. No melee mid will be able to walk near the creeps without risking harassment, usually death.
If your team has someone who can solo a sidelane, You just countered pub-hunter with a 2-2-1
If you have higher base damage, You just countered pub-hunter.
If you have a d-sham, you just countered pub-hunter
If you have a lego, interesting choice, but you probably just countered pub-hunter.
If you pick a really strong harasser, you just countered pub-hunter
That makes it a pretty solid list of ALOT of heroes.
Nah point he tried to make is, those heroes can't run bh out of the lane at level one without dying to ****in creeps/bh auto attack

you realise that makes your last hitting easy as you deal more damage, and he can't keep it up 100% of the time early game
Look, the simplest solution to counteringmid is:
To time your last hits.
Obviously heros like:where they all hit harder would make it easier but in general, if you can out last hit him, he becomes useless.
Also, Serris made the perfect point, Carry a tp. When he ults, you tp... or you could always just push "H" like you do to counter
Either way, harassing obviously always good but instead of harassing, make last hitting you number 1 priority.
