As of 9:00 AM EST we began shutting down 30 boxes at our problem provider in the USE region, we expect to have them all replaced with new boxes at the existing host in USE that was working excellent by 11:00 AM EST, please give them a try today, specifically if you are from Canada and were experiencing issues with the previous host and USE boxes.
Thank you for your patience while we dug through the logs and came up with an acceptable solution to this problem.

Listen kid, I'd love to go round and round with you, but you can't keep up with my dance. I've tested games you've never heard of. Alpha'd and beta'd so many games I can't even remember them all. I've got a different name in every game and I have a hard time remembering my accounts in some of the games because I'm spending so much time with your girlfriend that I can't play them all. I once trash talked a game in their own forums and the game got CANCELLED. I've got tens of thousands of forum posts and my e-peen is so big the whole internet shifts towards me when I login. You can't hang with this.

Ok, but does this mean the lag spikes are fixed or is it just for Canadian probs?
It means the disconnect icons that we, mostly canadians, had will be fixed.
For the last week or two I had to t down USE servers in matchmaking because of this. Every second game was unplayable.
Nice to see S2 is taking steps to fix this HUGE issue.
This is wonderful news. Can finally play HoN without having to worry about getting a buggy server.
Before this, basically all servers sat around 2000-3000ms ping. Now, they're all at between 30-127ms
