Best hero/strategy for bloodlust?

If you had to think of the best hero combo/strategy for getting bloodlust, what would would it be?

ophelia is probably the easiest first blood in the game.

you could just go gank at level 1, or you could do a more systematic approach which can almost guarantee it every time:

1. you control any hard neutral creep at level 1 (yes, even the vulture lord will do fine),

2. pull the very first creep wave (0:45), level to level 2 off those creeps

3. go gank, your lane partner should be level 2, and so should you. vs level 1's.

ta da, easiest first blood in the game.

tripple gank top hellbourne or bottom legion with :Marchers::Marchers::WardOfSight: glacius wards in lane and jungle(see without creeps for timing), initiates with slow, dev runs up with rot on and swiftblade runs up spinning

Valk + Any slow + Swiftblade/Torturer = GG

2-3 stuns/slows and ganking mid....

Easiest to do as Hellbourne with your 2 bottom laners. Instead of going straight to lane after the runewar circle around and kill the mid hero. Incredibly easy to do, works almost every time.

Plus it gives your mid a huge advantage.
