I do not like this item one bit. Supports are supposed to be squishy...that's the point. Invisibility is so annoying to deal with in general. Imagine how easy it would be to escape/hide + port out with this. Just seems silly. Plus imagine if a non-support picks this up.

I like that suggestion, Skyve. That makes the disjoints more skill-based and less random/gimmicky as you put it. I'm just not sure that the item can still function the way it was intended with this change. I'll give it a think.
I'm not for Shrunken and Null Stone, does the same role...
Null stone, main role is to be dissuasive... so it is more effective that this item...
Make it a bit unique, and it could be a good item !
Linger cd - i dont c why it should be usable so soon? 40-60 sec cd imo, and an added manacost, specially if u wanna keep the 20 sec cd

Ok I'll start by saying the general concept is good. However, it has several issues in specifics.
1. Mystic Vestments should be replaced by (guardian ring + trinket of restoration) or something to that extent.
The reason for this is that S2 has stated that mystic vestments as is should take up an item slot by itself to be balanced. This item will never be implemented with vestments as a component.
2. Duration is too much imo. The amount of juking and survivability this adds is just a little too much. I would recommend one of 3 things.
a. Bring down duration to 6 seconds from 10. Leave the rest.
b. Make the flickers 1 second to 1 second of invis and visible.
c. Implement the suggestion of a ~3 second invisibility, however that really really changes the concept and uses.
3. Disjoints of spells. This is a big one. I think the auto-attack disjoints from the in and out cloak are understandable given the purpose of the item, but some single target spells can be affected the same way. This in effect in certain situations could be almost as powerful as a shrunken head against a few heroes. I'm really not sure how to fix that and I think that's gonna be one of the big factors of what makes this item a nightmare for balance.
4. I would recommend a minute for the cd.
All in all I like the concept and I'll vote yes, but I think it has issues that need to be addressed.

This item would get far more use on a melee ganker with a low mana pool. The cost is far too high for a support to be expected to pick it up, but the effect would be really good for any ganking hero who could use the maneuverability and magic armor to survive being in the middle of the fray.
That being said, I really like the concept!
Like, holy **** MK would be so OP with this.
