The soul reaper heal can be seen in the fog. So you can track enemy's without having sight.
GENERAL EDIT: If the projectile is spawned within your vision and then goes into fog, you will still be able to track the projectile while it's in the fog until the projectile dies/gets deleted.

You mean the green projectiles or the effect of the heal impacting on a target?

you are crazy man....!!! that doesn't mean that you can see sr you can see only his skill .thats all..

It's nothing new. If an ally had haste for example, and SR uses his heal skill, the skill will chase him all the way to base until it hits the person. That happens sometimes when an enemy attacks me, like pyro will try to hit me with an autoattack and that auto attack will follow me to the base.

The small dragon ancient's ranged attack plays through fog. Can be replicated in any game.
