Gauntlet Double Activate

So in the patch, it says can now double activate grapple to pull people in.

Does this mean, you press "w" twice for pull and once for original?

I swear I tried using it but it didn't work for me.

press it once and click for the original

press it twice QUICKLY and it will shoot out wherever he is facing and pull the player it hits back to him
