Shrunken/Shroud cancels Rampage Charge. If this is working as intended as channels should stop with these two items then FA's ult, VJ's ult, Glacius's Ult should also cancel if Shrunken or Shroud is activated midway channel (which is not so).
So I am assuming it is a bug and not working as intended for Rampage.
The items are "non-interrupting" so they don't cancel channelling spells. However, charge is not a channelling spell. It doesn't sound like it's intended, though.
Edit: Does switching steamboots type also cancel the charge?
Yeah, yeah, I'm working on it.
Rampage's Charge gives an order and issuing another order cancels it.
Maybe I'll file a bug regarding orders, but at the moment it's working fine
