    Boris

    Boris

    For the Mother Land!

    Strength: 21 (+3.0)
    Agility: 15 (+1.4)
    Intelligence: 16 (+1.7)

    Movement Speed: 300

Skill 1 - Roar: Boris unleashes a terrible roar, initially scaring enemies into confusion, and lowering their armor.
    Confused - 1.5 seconds
    Armor Debuff - 5 seconds

Targetting: Ground. This skill is cast directionally in a cone (similar to Defiler wave).
    Type: Magic
    Cooldown: 16 seconds
    Mana Cost: 90
    Level 1: -2 armor
    Level 2: -4 armor
    Level 3: -6 armor
    Level 4: -8 armor

Balance: While the mana cost is low and the armor debuff is great, no damage is done and the debuff is relatively short lived

Skill 2 - Seismic Bound: Boris leaps forward and slams his massive body into the ground, damaging, slowing and pulling units towards the epicenter.
    Leap Distance: 300 units
    AOE: 300 units
    Pull: 150 units towards Boris
    Slow: 1.5 seconds

    Type: Physical
    Mana Cost: 80 / 90 / 100 / 110
    Cooldown: 8 seconds
    Targetting: Self position, direction

    Level 1: 80 damage, 26% Slow
    Level 2: 120 damage, 32% Slow
    Level 3: 160 damage, 38% Slow
    Level 4: 200 damage, 42% slow

Balance: Low cooldown and synergy with first skill makes this powerful, but not too powerful because of the relatively low damage and short slow duration, in addition to the high juke-ability of this skill.

Skill 3 - Presence of the Juggernaut: Boris is a symbol of power and strength, and forces his enemies to cower in his presence. When an enemy dies near Boris, he steals a point of strength from them.
    Aura Effect: Passive strength debuff

    Type: Passive, Aura
    Range: 600

All levels: When an enemy hero dies under this aura, they permanently lose 1 strength point and Boris permanently gains 1 strength point.

    Level 1: -6% of strength
    Level 2: -9% of strength
    Level 3: -12% of strength
    Level 4: -15% of strength

Balance: This allows Boris to assert his dominance on the battlefield, but enemies that wish to tank up can avoid putting their effort to waste by purchasing health increasing items that do not involve strength (HotBL, Sacrificial Stone..)

Skill 4 - The Red Threat: Boris raises the stakes, gaining strength every second. He makes this clear to his enemies, giving all enemy heroes vision of him wherever he is on the map. If Boris survives the charge-up, the gained strength will double and he will keep it for an additional 15 seconds.
    Type: Magic
    Target: Self buff
    Mana Cost: 150 / 200 / 250
    Cooldown: 60 seconds

Level 1: Gains 3 strength per second. Lasts 10 seconds.
Level 2: Gains 4 strength per second. Lasts 10 seconds.
Level 3: Gains 5 strength per second. Lasts 10 seconds.

Balance: This makes Boris a must-kill in certain situations. Otherwise he will be wiping the floors with the enemy. The catch is, if the enemy targets him immediately, he will be much less threatening.

Haha, thanks for the feedback. Do you have any oppinions on whether or not Boris's skills could use revision? Thanks!

Uhm include the time boris takes for seismic bound to reach his target, say when he leaps how long it takes from the point where he starts and stops. and maybe a 2nd skill on his red threat (d) like something as legio taunt.

Maybe even more Str gain on red threat so that he will be seriously OP after that time, or more seconds (for instance 20) because otherwise it would be too short.
I would advise: 3/6/10 per second over 15 seconds. I know 150 damage and loads of hp is alot, but when you run for him untill its over he will lose all of his hp and damage (since you depend on ult) and he will still be an easy target, so you have 2 options.
    1: kill immediately.
2: Run and wait till it's over, and THEN kill him immediately.

Also, when you increase ult gain and time, decrease his str gain per level, and might consider making presence of the juggernaut str gain 1.0 or 1.5, you've probably compared this to vindicator, but int is less usefull than str especially when tanking, and look at devo, he also only has +1 per kill and his passive on that is +4 ( -_- ) magic armor and presence of the juggernaut has -15!! % str to enemies in range.

    Thanks for the suggestions,
I agree that presence of the juggernaut was doing too much with both the reduction of enemy strength and +2 per kill in aura. I lowered that to +1 and improved the strength gain on the ultimate.
