I have created this thread in the General Discussion and got a pretty positive response so time to create a new one in the Suggestions forum.
The initial name for the mode: All Ban.
Why all ban?
Banning pick and banning draft are not very popular in pubs (just check the MM statistics - both are always at the bottom)
There are three main reasons why those game modes are not popular:
- they are time consuming; the whole process of banning and picking is much longer when compared to both AP and SD and some people can't be bothered to wait
- they are 'serious' modes; players pick heroes in turns which means that your team will often force you to pick a particular hero which you might not enjoy
- top player bans all the heroes alone which can lead to disagreements.
Solution?
All Ban would have two stages:
In the first stage each player bans one hero (yes that is 10 bans in total) - there are no turns and this process would take around 1 minute (possibly less since it can be easily adjusted)
During the second stage players pick heroes normally like they do in All Pick.
Why won't you just play AP or SD?
Because in AP and SD you have to tackle heroes that are often not balanced also tactical banning is impossible (where you ban heroes because players are very good with them). The new mode would connect a simplicity and enjoyment of AP-SD with more balanced gameplay of BP-BD.

TL;DR version:
Combination of AP and BP:
- banning stage - lasts 1 minute, one ban per player (10 in total), no turns during the banning procedure (players ban at the same time)
- picking stage - lasts 1 minute (could 2 if required), normal picking like in AP

but if only one randoms and 4 ban what they think needet to be banned its better than 1 randoms 4 bans

Would be a great mode just for pub, SMR, and TMR games for fun. And a bit more serious than AP, which is great.
