I may have found a bug(?) on the Customer Service website http://www.heroesofnewerth.com/cs.php

After changing my Account password it says:
"Password Change Email Sent
A confirmation has been sent to the email address associated with your account."

The new password works instantly, but no email shows up.
Yes, my email address is the right one and I got other mails from HoN in the past.
