First Skill - Sends two pillars of flame to damage enemies, burning down trees.
Second Skill - Bird becomes a phoenix, cat becomes a small dragon that hurls molten rocks.
Third Skill - Covers himself in fire and charges at the enemy, heating the area around them, increasing attack speed.
Ultimate - Creates a fissure (i.e. cracks the ground, revealing lava) towards the enemy, stunning and damaging them.

Seen some pretty newfangled ideas but in my opinion there is an opportunity here for a rather nostalgic note. One that is decidedly not in any way related to Monthy Python.
His new skin would resemble a bunny of the purest white. Now I'm not sure if this is acceptable gameplaywise since it would make him stick out quite significantly so potentially there ought to be some patches of dried blood - the color of rust.
It should also be of comparable size to the current predator skin.
Instead of striking with its dual spikes it should step forward single sidedly nibble with a tilted head, providing some alternate animation.
There is no need for a new voice in my opinion.
Venomous leap - Would not need much of an overhaul as the bunny on which this entry is entirely not based has a signature leap. It should however be renamed 'vorpal leap' or 'crippling leap' as the ability slows but does not need to be directly related to poison.
Flavor text: He can leap, about... Look at the bones!
Stone Hide - Since the bunny in question is of a pure white breed Stone hide would require a modification. Grey does not contrast well with white. Therefore I'd suggest a golden sheen and naming it Precious Metal Hide.
On second thought, there would still be a need for an effect whilst using shrunken head so gold isn't a decent choice.
Instead, make it Stone Pelt and rather than a grey sheen make the texture decidedly more rocky looking.
Flavor text: That's no ordinary rabbit!
Carnivorous - No need for alterations, might want to rename to Omnivorous and change the flavor text to
Flavor text: That rabbit's got a vicious streak a mile wide
Terror - Would not require alteration save for the sound made on activation which should be significantly higher pitched.
Flavor text: Run Away!

Stampede:
Make the model's flames become blue while he charges.
Might of the Herd:
The passive is obviously explained by the bike itself. The active-ability should be puffs of flame coming out from the bike, similar to the current animation other than that.
Horned Strike:
He pops a wheelie, knocking them backwards.
Chains that Bind:
It's Ghost Rider... of course the chains bind!
For copyright reasons, it couldn't actually be called "Ghost Rider", so name it "Biker Rampage" or something... I don't know, you guys are more creative than me anyway!
