I like this one. The magic damage burst is quite nice, And the ultimate is a nice idea. I like that the ultimate is balanced by the fact that it does hardly any damage if you use it exclusively to heal.

No real feedback right now. The third skill isn't that great, though. I think you could make a more creative passive for this guy.

Alright thanks, yes I will try and think of a diff 3rd skill, perhaps some kind of pseudo-blink/maneuverability type skill?

I think giving him a strong mobility skill would imbalance him. Try to think of just what his role is, and then design a cool passive which matches that role perfectly.
