Who we are (Briefly):
We are all DotA veterans with around 4-5+ years of competitive experience looking to start a HoN team. We aspire to become a top team within the HoN community. We've been playing together for quite some time and there are no signs of disbandment. We are in it for the long haul. Each of us are extremely motivated and dedicated. Each of us play from around noon PST to around midnight everyday.
What we want:
-A strong Mid solo/Side lane solo/Carry player from the United States (preferably)
-Someone who is willing to learn and embrace criticism
-Dedication and motivation
-Someone already proficient at their role with stats properly reflecting their ability (support) [For instance: Don't come to me with 1600 PSR and a .5 KD]
-A good attitude (Egos are not welcome)
-WC3 installed and readily available to watch replays
-Patience (To watch replays of defeats and critically analyze oneself) and activity (Able to play everyday for a considerable amount of time)
-Must have a working Microphone and Ventrilo
-Level-headed
-Versatility: Amount of heroes you can play and the ability to play them well
-Quick on your feet and intelligent
-The ability to learn rapidly and absorb information well
-Most importantly of all is experience (competitive experience/background of some kind in DotA or HoN)
So on and so forth... Don't waste our time and we won't waste yours.

I'd be down, but, I don't really understand this WC3 rule - I haven't played DotA for some time and this feels irrelevant to playing HoN.
We are going to be making the transition into dota 2 eventually. Also, I feel that there is a lot more to learn from the top tier dota teams than from the HoN scene so it is imperative that we watch their replays if we want to get better. The SECS thing isn't really a big deal it's more like an idea but we'd like to play around with it.
Well, I'd be down for tryouts if my college internet stops being whacked out.

Yo, i havn't hit 1900 solo pubbing, so if you were looking for a backup encase you don't have 5 on when you scrim, I'd appreciate it. I have potential and I'm always looking to get better whether watching comps, or participating. I feel that If I had the opportunity to join you neither of us would be disappointed.
*Edit* - I have not played normal public games in a while, I feel that my match making stats portray my ability better than my public stats, seeing as how I didn't have a strong grasp of the game back during closed beta, as compared to now.
