No, we won't be removing disconnects from games that you were kicked from due to a duplicate login (unless there's an actual bug with it). What message were you given when you were kicked from the game?

This must be a bug...

You didn't get that message when you were disconnected from the match the first 2 times. You got that message when you attempted to reconnect the 2nd time.

My internet was acting very poorly last night, disconnecting every 5/10 minutes. I was able to rejoin 4 times, then the "The host has banned you from this match" bug came up..
This bug has cost me my first leave, and I know for a fact that no one else was trying to login to my account.
hey i was now playing a game and my isp was only disconnecting..now i cant back into the game..saying you have been banned by the host? what the hell is that? it was a matchmaking game..and now i cant rejoin!!! fix now!!! username itscrash

I'll be the first honest person here to say it was from a duplicate login, but it wasn't from sharing accounts. My little brother was opening HoN on my laptop and when it logged in as me, he closed it and tried again.. Heh.
EDIT - I had account name and PW saved, my fault I guess..

Nobody else was logged into my account (I have not shared it with anyone). Disconnected once, and then was able to reconnect once. A few minute latter this happen again, then I got this message. Tried restarting HON, several times and it would not let me reconnect...

I was choppy going into the start of the game (at character select) so I picked my hero and reset my router. When the router reset ventrillo and hon let me log back in, and the prompt came up to rejoin the game. I rejoined, got into the game moved a few steps and I believe got dc'ed again. (vent continued to work throughout this).
I reconnected again almost immediately with no problems, and thought it might be one last annoyance, got to lane, played for a few minutes then got dc'ed again and wasn't allowed back into the game because the host had banned me.
I never received any message about duplicate log ins, and apart from when my router was off other programs continued to work. I don't really care about getting 1 leave (the whole point of the 0.5% buffer is for this kind of thing) and I don't care about 1 loss.
I do however want to be told it won't happen again before I try to play again.
Edit: I don't know how to give the files you might need, and I can answer other questions about the game. Although I didn't write all the errors down because usually Hon's been pretty good and let me back in almost instantly on any drop. So I wasn't really paying attention at first.

Just happened to me. Chat servers went down first and then I couldn't reconnect. TMM 34738326
on match id 589724 tmm 34746117, i was having a blast as a swiftblade when suddenly i got disconnected and when i tried to rejoin i was instantly kicked

Same problem here. I got disconnected twice saying something about "server could not verify my account."
Then when I tried reconnecting it said I'm banned by the host... in a matchmaking game. Really? I was doing well in that match as well
