The Director is a Ranged and intelligance based hero.
His strength is to fight and command like he runs a circus show.
The Directors hated enemy, The Puppet Master, worked under the Director and was a part of his show but,
filled with jealousy The Puppet Master ruins The Directors life both professional and personal.
After turning The Director mad he decides to Join the Legion to fight back the Hellbourne and their common enemy, The Puppet Master.

The Director calls forth 5 Clowns to imobilize & silence the enemy target and drag him back to the director, as the Clowns can be nuked down but will add a stun and 3% slow effect when all the clowns are killed for 3 seconds.
The clowns time that the clowns will grap the target and bring back to the hero is the same duration as the damage over time duration.
If the wrapped enemy travels through creep wave the creeps will recive a pushback effect. Even friendly creeps.
Spell is Channeling.
Level 1 - 60 Damage over 3,5 Sec, 120hp/Clown and 0,5 Sec stun
Level 2 - 120 Damage over 3,5 Sec, 180hp/Clown and 1 Sec stun
Level 3 - 180 Damage over 3,5 Sec, 240hp/Clown and 1,5 Sec stun
Level 4 - 260 Damage over 3,5 Sec, 300hp/Clown and 2 Sec stun
Cast time: 0,8 Sec
Cooldown: 40/35/30/25 Sec
The Director higher his left arm and a lightblue light from he's hand will shine. The Clowns appears from all the directions and surrounds the target and grabs him back to the director.
The Director will apply a spotlight on a friendly target to recive a taunt effect. The target will recive a armor buff aswell an silence effect on the enemy target.
The spotlight can be applied to friendly hero or creep.
Armor fades with the taunt duration.

Level 1 - Taunt duration for 1,5 Sec and +3 armor.
Level 2 - Taunt duration for 2 Sec and +5 armor.
Level 3 - Taunt duration for 2,5 Sec and +7 armor.
Level 4 - Taunt duration for 3 Sec and +9 armor.
Cooldown: 15 Sec
Cast Time: 0,8 Sec
The Director higher his both hands to the sky, were a white light will be exposed from his hands. A spotlight on the target will be set as a white light and the taunt expires as the the light fades away.
The Director also has a passive spell which will improve his leather quality of the whip.
The Director when attacks will apply a slow debuff "Fatigue" and attacks for a small amount of damage
Level 1 - 5% movement debuff over 1 Sec, 30 damage
Level 2 - 8% movement debuff over 1 Sec, 40 damage
Level 3 - 11% movement debuff over 1 Sec, 50 damage
Level 4 - 14% movement debuff over 1 Sec, 60 damage
Cooldown: 3 Sec
The directors whip will make a special whip sound when hits the target to apply debuff and the target will recive a redish light on his feets.
The director, before applying the debuff, right arm will be a swinged motion from the ground and all the way so its hanging behind him and then hit the target.

The Director screams out his command but yet feels ignored decides to take physical actions.
The Director grabs the target enemy with his whip and drags them with damage over time.

The Director uses his whip to wrap the enemy target. The enemy target will be thrown to the ground and draged by The Director.

The Directors voice will be very similar to Nevermore the Shadow Fiend.
A dark voice forced from the throat but without the fiery effect in the background.
This hero is one of my creations, i am working an several prototypes that needs more fix but right now i'm focusing on this hero only.
i'd appreciate all kinds of feedback, and i'll consider suggestions and fixses if necessary.
