It started a few weeks ago. When I'm playing, the dc icon appears at screen, I can't control my hero and some spells recasting over and over. It lasts 4-5 seconds but fps also goes down at the same time. I thought it happens due to some graphical issues but lowering the graphic options didn't solve it. I recently change my router (because of another problem) and still i get heavy lag every minute. It is exactly happens every minute (60secs).
After i look forums and technical support i run some tests. Traceroute is here:

After this I run some ping test for different servers (DE, FR, EU) and I got very interesting reports which is my signals travel in 96-97 msec but every minute (counted) it goes up to 500-600 msec like this;
C:\Users\acer>ping -n 500 -l 1300 188.165.222.19
Pinging 188.165.222.19 with 1300 bytes of data:

This is FR server results and other servers (DE, EU) gave me exact some results that I won't bother to post them here. As you can see ping goes to 600 periodically (1 min). My network connection is not brilliant (living in Turkey) but I never had such problem in any other online games. Even my hon gameplay was perfect about two months ago. I was dedicated MMORPG player one year ago and I've seen many kinds of latency issues but this is really new to me.
Yeah, this is definitely a problem with your internet connection. There is only so much that you can do as a programmer to minimize the effects of lag. There's no getting around a signal taking over half a second to read from the servers, though.
I've red a lot topics about those kind of latency issues in this forum and they were all like my problem. I don't think that's a particular connection problem of mine but if you say so, there must be something.
Would you explain more about solutions? What kind of problem is that? Is it something that i can solve by myself or I have to contact my internet provider? What exactly I can do to minimize the effects of lag?
I assume you pinged and tracerouted while you weren't running any particular applications that take up network bandwidth, if this is not correct, please tell me what you were running.
There are numerous issues with your connection, for one, your network buffering is VERY high.
The issue IAmRoot was referring to however, is your spikes when pinging, if it takes you, for whatever reason, more than half a second to send a signal to the server, there is nothing we can do on our end to help, you will lag then.
I would suggest updating your ethernet driver and make sure your computer is free of malware, and if that doesn't help, call your ISP.
Well I closed all applications before test, I even changed my dns from opendns to normal one (that it is not effecting my game at all).
I'm really mad at my ISP right now. although I use wireless network on my laptop I will update wireless adapter and ethernet driver. I don't think there is malicious software in my computer, I constantly clean files and scan etc. but I will do more deep scan for sure.
I'm quite sure that problem doesn't occur because of my computer, probably I will have to talk with ISP.
Thanks for help anyway, I will write feedback on this thread for other people.
