[map] blank map with all important stuff in already

so i took the caldavar map and moved all the important stuff (creep spawns, waypoints, wells, buildings, etc) to the corners and then blanked the map out.
that way when you want to make a new map you can just pull all the important stuff in from the corners as you make your map. hope some of you find this usefull.

note: the well protection is messed up. when you move the wells it seems to jump the protection to the base. dunno why this is happening or how the well protection even works.
