Missing icons on the main screen icons.

Hi, Like the titled says I'm missing icons for the main buttons on the main screen. The icons are the ones for Joining and creating games, options, matchmaking, etc. I've provided a picture attached to show what I mean.

Would also like to know if this is common / can be easily fixed. I cannot re download the game because I'm over my bandwidth for the month already.

Also I shouldn't have to redownload a whole game every time there is a problem with it, stuff like this happens almost every patch it seems. There should be easy ways to fix it. You wouldn't ask a World of Warcraft player to redownload 30+ gigs because of a minor problem that everyone is too lazy to fix.

Well if you refuse to re-install there isn't much I can do to help, You'll have to ask tech support.
Mind you they will probably say re-install anyway.
