    Instant "can't rejoin because exceeded max time"

    I joined a game with my friends and as we started, all was fine and I was in game for a while, browsing the new skins, but then got disconnected in the hero pickings. It said "somebody connected to another game with your account". I don't share my account, so I just tried to reconnect.

    And then it said "you've exceeded maximum amount of disconnect time". I didn't even see the first ban yet!

    Luckily, they remade the game, but that was weird.

    Try changing your password just in case.

    You can do so by logging onto http://www.heroesofnewerth.com/index.php and clicking on Customer Service Options -> Change Password

    On the topic about the bug, did you enter the store in the game lobby & remain in it when it transitioned to hero picks? When did it disconnect when you got to the hero pick screen (ie, when the "Load Bar Race" starts, or right when you get to the hero pick screen or somewhere in between)?

    Well, I played a few games just fine now. I changed my password now, however, just to be safe.

    I didn't enter the store. When the game started, I was clicking around the skin change icons (the blue people in hero icons). I might have messed around at shop on the lobby however, but I'm not sure was it open when the game started. I'm sure I didn't open the store after the hero banning started.

    I got disconnected almost right after the hero banning started (not the loading race).

    Alright it might've been a 1-time thing and someone might actually have known your pass.

    In any case, repost if you re-encounter the issue.
