When you cast the buff on urself and it gose time's 4 for exampel, the ppl closest to you gets the buff as supposed 2. Buut when ur casting it on someone else blacksmith cant get the buff from the *2-4 even if they are 2 in woods standing close and no one else is around.

same here, i just keept casting it on myself and if i got lucky i had no whiners at me.
Fixed next patch.....you should read the fixed subforums more ._.
