Looking for Clan

I am looking for a high skilled clan. I am playing dota like 3-4 years (since 5.82). The main reason I am do this is because I am really tired of playing with noobs. They even say I don't know to play and... they kick me. Since they are many kilometers I way I can't do anything but just find a good clan.
