Two friends looking to join a good/mature team to compete with. 1751 & 1788

My friend and I are looking to join a team with players around our skill level. What we are looking for is a few things:

1. Mature gamers, dont like ragers.
2. 1700+
3. Want to compete in cevo/other tournaments
4. Play daily/nightly. I say we both average somewhere around 6 games a day or so.

Right now I am 1751 and my friend Phobia is 1788. We are both on the east coast.
