Might be the wrong HoN folder. There's one in Documents, and one in Program Files, you want the one in Program Files. If it's in t right place then try changing it from *.s2z to *.zip and then extract it in the game folder.

Suggestion: Remove the particles on his tentacles from the original model.
Since he's entirely water now, they're not necessary. Removing them would also emphasize wave form.
For a quick look at what I mean, just get a frostwolf skull on him.
