    Move add buddy menu item

    I know I'm not the only person who has accidentally added a buddy while trying to view somebody's stats.

    From:
    Send Message
    Follow
    View Stats
    Add / Remove Buddy
    User Info
    Ignore
    Add to Banlist
    Change to:
    Send Message
    View Stats
    Follow
    User Info
    Add / Remove Buddy
    Ignore
    Add to Banlist
    Or similar, just something where missing by one row doesn't actually do anything.
