It gives us great pleasure to announce our second Heroes of Newerth tournament. The tournament will take place between the 13th and 20th of December 2010. This will be a single-elimination (Banning Pick) cup to crown the champions of Newerth Challenge #2.
Thanks to S2 Games and ZOWIE GEAR, we are able to provide the following great prizes.
1st place: 5x ZOWIE P-RF + $200
2nd place: $100
Round 1: December 13th 19:00 GMT / 20:00 CET
Round 2: December 15th 19:00 GMT / 20:00 CET
Round 3: December 15th 20:00 GMT / 21:00 CET
Round 4: December 20th 19:00 GMT / 20:00 CET
Round 5: December 20th 20:00 GMT / 21:00 CET
To join the tournament, simply go to http://www.excello.net/tournament/93/ after you created your team and sign-up.
Check-in will be on December 13th at 18:30 GMT / 19:30 CET. We wish everyone the best of luck in the tournament and would like to thank S2 Games & ZOWIE GEAR for supporting it.
Please note the tournament is based in Europe, so unless both team captains agree to play on any other server than EU, teams are forced to play on EU servers.

Well I've signed Baws up and the system recoginses the team is signed up for the competition, however, my players can't find how to join the team once they're registered?
Also, when will brackets be released for this?
The team leader can go to 'my team' at the top and invite players to the team.
Brackets will be generated after check-ins on the day.
First 32 teams to check-in will be participating in the cup.
I highly reccommend any of Tankza's tournaments - They're always run well!

At Excello.net it is first come first server, therefore the first 32 teams to check-in will be playing in the cup.
Check-in opens 30 minutes before round 1. Once the 32 teams have checked-in, we'll release the brackets (this will use seeds).
So let's say my team is nr.37 and 5 teams from the top 32 miss the check in.
Will my team (and teams nr.33-36) get in the tourn?
As far as I undertand it it's anyones game, at the check in the _FIRST_ 32 teams to check in are the ones who'll participate in the tournament, regardless of when you originally registered on the site.

Exactly as he stated =] The first 32 to check-in will play in cup, we do not look when the teams signed-up. You can have a team that signed-up first, but if they don't check in then they don't play in cup.
So we can whisper you ingame 19:30CET Dec 13?
The team owner click "check-in" (which will appear in the same place you clicked "sign-in") in the 30 minutes before the tournament starts.
If I am available to check you in, then I will do so but would be great if you can do this yourselves.
