I enjoy signatures, but I believe there must be some rules applied to it. There are some users who abuse the signature system by placing tons of text or huge images which break the whole layout simplicity and just gives you a hard time reading or following posts.

I'm pretty sure that also with vBulletin this kind of things can be automatically applied as a maximum of images, text, lines, etc.
