Every so often, randomly at the start or in the middle of games, I'll buy a courier and start to share it with the team (or unshare it if they're trying to kill it), and halfway up my team list I'll be unable to share/unshare with the last one or two people. At that point I also can't team chat: the chat box comes up and it makes the sound like it's posting, but I don't see it any my team doesn't see anything.
Sounds more like a problem with an interface mod, if you have any mods removing them will most likely solve it.

I don't use any mods, I wasn't spamming, and I wasn't aware there was a full team courier share button... where's that at?

Alright, I'm going to start using that from now on. I have a feeling it's linked to the individual share courier buttons since it always hits right when I'm toggling them on or off. It's tough to troubleshoot because I only have this problem once every twenty or thirty games and I never know when it's going to hit until I start team chatting and nothing comes up, or I start sharing the courier and only half my team gets it.
This happens to me when I am not careful when selecting allies via the portrait. Sometimes I accidentally click the tiny control toggle beside their portrait and unshare my courier without noticing it.
This is quite odd, are you still getting this? If you are please post some possible reproduction methodS.
