I dislike how people have misconceptions about Wingbow.
Yes you'll deal your damage slower thanks to evasion, but total damage that can be Dissipated will remain constant. In fact, since you're theoretically surviving longer due to evasion & armor, that means HP regen will kick in more, which actually slightly increases the potential damage Dissipate can deal.

Look for my highlighted text (important information) and grey text (interesting but not required information).
I'm surprised ElementUser didn't mention that dissipate doesn't propagate to illusions.

Ehh, really? I thought it does. Never really noticed this. Just thought it does, since so many people say buying a Barrier counters SW ulti.
Oh well, that's the disadvantage of writing guides after 00:00 am and being to tired to test -.-
@ElementUser
You have a valid point saying surviving longer due to evasion will increase your total damage (lol, that's kindda obvious).
But the thing about evasion is:
Countered by Savage mace, which is a valid item on most carries.
Doesn't scale with your Dissipated (The best it does is, as you said, giving you more time to regen, which is 100 extra hp at best), wherever other items (Geometers Bane, Frostwolf Skull, etc etc) do scale with your abilities, and generally cost much less.
Edit: If you disagree, continue this discussion on the real guide thread
