if u double click Ice Imprisonment, it won't target self. any spells that can target self you can double click to use it on you but not that one.

Actually it's not just any spell that you can target self with has the option to do it.
Only spells with the line doubleactivate="true" can do it.
Currently Ice Imprisonment doesn't have it.
Not a bug so rejected.
