Yes, VoD #200 is still empty. We did have something special in mind, but then the staff member who was to do it has had his computer broken for close to two months, and we can't really think of anything else to put in there for now
In other news, VoD #500 is coming up... hehehe. Hope you will enjoy what we have planned for THAT good sir

Why is everyone in HCTc utterly terrible? Is that part of the acceptance criteria?

I wouldn't say everyone in HCTc is terrible. The good ones don't have much to say, leaving the bad ones to run amok and ruin it for everyone.
